Maybe it’s the effortlessly flowy gown, in the softest of mint green? Maybe it’s the sweet and delicate features of this adorable model? Perhaps it’s the flowers—in shades and textures that woodland dreams are made of? We’re thinking its a combination of all of the above, and all that natural light is just the icing on the proverbial—in this case, whimsical—cake!
All good shoots start with hair and makeup, or so we like to think. Here, the extremely talented Kat Tinney works her magic—transforming this cute girl into a queen fit for a fairytale.
When hair and makeup magic meet flower magic, this is the result. We couldn’t get enough of these floral headpieces by the amazing Susan Kelly of Three Sisters Custom Flowers & Events. From the floral crowns, to the floral ring and brooch, these flower details definitely elevated this shoot into the realm of whimsy. I mean who needs a diamond when you’ve got tiny little succulents?
We’re still day-dreaming about this fanciful shoot and all of its whimsical charm. I mean, how could we not? What’s your favorite whimsical element?
